| Personal History | Like most Terrans, Louise was born into Slavery under the Klingon/Cardassian alliance. Her place of origin was Terra, the homeworld of the once proud Terran Empire and its people. However many years before the Terran Empire had fallen and was now under direct control of the Klingon/Cardassian alliance. Growing up in France, Louise hated the Klingons and the Cardassians. They would regular punish Terrans for the smallest of things, anything from walking across the street in front of them to stealing food to survive. However Louise was lucky, she was born into a fairly influential family, the Valliére family. Originally the family had owned a great amount of land and slaves themselves, but had forced to submit to the Klingons and the Cardassians. However during the time of Terra being occupied, they had come to an agreement. The Valliére family still ran their estate and the farms and mines within its boundaries, but a large percentage of their profits would go to the alliance instead. In agreement the Klingons and Cardassians would leave them alone. Secretly however, Louise's father Duke was leader of the Terran Underground in the area. He used his influence to ensure that their activities were 'covered up'. From an early age Louise was taught how to fight by the underground, from hand to hand combat to shooting. It was a dangerous upbringing, but they only hoped that one day that Terra would be free. When the Rebellion defeated Regent Worf at Terok Nor the news spread fast, soon reaching Terra. Thus the Terran Underground began to fight back. The next six to seven months turned Terra into a warzone, one which Louise participated in. There was fighting on every street, orbital bombardment from Klingon and Cardassian ships. Louise and several of the soldiers in the underground managed to get their hands on a transporter. They transported to one of the old orbital facilities above France. The orbital facilities had been ignored and left to fall out of orbit by the Klingons and the Cardassians. However Louise and her soldiers managed to find one of the old Terran Empire ships. The ISS Excalibur, an old Excelsior Class Warship. Louise didn't hesitate to take command of the old vessel. Within a matter of minutes they had the ship powered up. Louise commanded the ISS Excalibur in assaulting the Klingon and Cardassian ships. Not hesitating to hit them with everything that the old starship had in her. During what people would call 'The Battle of Terra's Liberation' more old Imperial Starships arrived, having being stolen or comandeered by other rebels. Together they fended off the Klingons and Cardassians. This was the biggest victory for the Terran's, retaking their home world. One year later the Terran's re-stablished the Imperial Starfleet. The old ships were pushed back into service, and Louise was granted the rank of Commander for her efforts and loyalty. Over the next eightyears, the Terran Empire began to rebuild. Spreading out once again over the stars. Louise remained in command of the ISS Excalibur until one day she was approached by one of the new Imperial Admirals. With the recapture of the Imperial Shipyards around Mars, they had managed to build a new class of warship. The new Hestia Class was heavily influenced on an older design stolen from 'another reality' called the Prometheus. However they had modfified it to be stronger, faster and more formidable. Thus Louise was to take command of the ISS Anubis. One of the most advanced and strongest warships in the new Imperial Starfleets Arsenal. Louise considered it an honour to serve. She was promoted upto the rank of Captain and told to report to the Anubis where she would launch the ship and be given her first mission. |
